Introducing the Chanel Chain Handle Flap Bag from the Pre-Fall 2019 Collection. This Chain Handle Bag caught our attention because it’s a seasonal piece and it looks very much like the Business Affinity Bag, don’t you think?

Why does it look like the Business Affinity Bag?

Well, the design. Take a look at the flap and the body. Both flaps are diamond quilted and the main body is crafted in smooth leather. You will also notice that there is pocket behind the flap. So there are a lot of similarities.

The biggest difference is the style. The Business Affinity Bag tends to be more relaxed and easy-going, perhaps also a bit more ladylike. This latest Chain Handle Flap Bag is bolder, a bit more boyish just like the Boy Bag thanks to the large Chain Handle.

Overall, the new Chain Handle Bag looks very Chanel-lish. The diamond quilting and CC logo matches like a Classic Bag with the woven chain strap.

Chanel Scarab Bag

The Pre-Fall 2019 Collection was about the history of Egypt and it wouldn’t be complete with the Chanel Scarab Bag.

The Scarab has both cultural and fashion meaning – the amulets in form of Scrarab beetles were enormously famous in Ancient Egypt. It has been said that the Scarab was linked to their religion, which is connected to the Egyptian god Khepri.

The Scarab Bag is definitely crafted very sophisticated with combination of resin, strass and gold hardware. The center features diamond-like stones with mix of colors of red, blue and black on the body. The top center is also featured with the CC logo.

There are playful signs that the Ancient Egypt used to communicate. These signs also mimic the signs in the Pyramid where kings and royal families were buried.

Besides the Croc-Embossed leather, this shopping bag’s design is brand-new. The Croc-Embossed is crafted from calfskin, which means the bag is durable. However, the shape also feels quite slouchy, which is perfect for carrying a lot of essentials.

The bag comes with top handle for hand carry, but it also comes with a long leather strap for shoulder carry. The inside opens via a snap button and what I love is that the exterior features a CC logo.

The Dior 30 Montaigne Bag is different than it’s siblings. It’s elegant but designed with practical in mind.
